Welcome to PreciEat. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the PreciEat mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App.

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer
PreciEat is an informational and educational tool designed to help you interpret food labels. The App is NOT a medical device, nor does it provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The nutritional grades, safety thresholds, and ingredient analyses are calculated using general regulatory databases and artificial intelligence, which may contain errors. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or dietitian regarding any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or food allergies. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information presented in this App.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
PreciEat offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly) via Apple In-App Purchases.
Payments: Subscription payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your iOS Settings → Subscriptions.
Refunds: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple Support and are subject to Apple’s refund policies.
4. No Warranty
The App and all content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranty of any kind. PreciEat does not warrant that OCR text extraction, ingredient classification, or AI summaries will be 100% accurate, reliable, or complete.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PreciEat and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to adverse health events, allergic reactions, or incorrect dietary conclusions.
6. Apple Standard EULA (End User License Agreement)
